Any price estimate is based on the information available at the time of review and may change if the garment, materials, or requested scope differs from what was assessed. Where supplementary materials are needed, they may be quoted separately, and a deposit may be requested before work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate project information and for disclosing any known damage, prior alterations, or special handling needs. Customer-supplied materials may be reviewed for suitability, and work may be declined or limited if the item is not appropriate for the requested project.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, layout, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Stitch Artisan and may not be copied or reused without permission. No rights are granted except as needed to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Service Limitations

Services are provided with reasonable care, but Stitch Artisan does not guarantee an exact fit, a perfect silhouette, an invisible repair, or the availability of matching materials. Cleaning, dyeing, authentication, and preservation of brand value are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.
